Welcome to my homepage! I work as professor-adjunto of Informatics at the School of Technology and Management, Polytechnic Institute of Beja (Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão (ESTIG), Instituto Politécnico de Beja). That's where this page lives.
I teach introductory programming and I am particularly interested in visual specification languages, model-driven programming, object-oriented development, computer science education, and curriculum design.
Presently, I also have the following additional positions at the Instituto Politécnico de Beja: Pro-president for Research and Knowledge, Bachelor of Computer Science Degree coordinator, and administrator of the distance learning system (moodle) at ESTIG.
